Just Keep Moving
Our bodies were designed to MOVE! When we are consistently inactive, we are fighting against God's design for our bodies. Though we live in a day-in-age where are work is mostly sedentary, we are fortunate enough to have so many avenues and outlets to move our bodies with various forms of exercise. Everyone enjoys moving their bodies in different ways, but I'd thought I'd share some of my own workouts that I've enjoyed!
